Pigment red 176 has excellent sun resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and processing and application properties.
Performance
pigment red 176 has bright color and strong coloring power. Sun resistance: grade 7-8.
Production method
add 42 parts of water, 0.67 parts of hydrochloric acid and 2 parts of iron powder to a four-mouth bottle, add about 4.5 parts of 5-nitrobenzimidazol-2-one in batches, raise the temperature to reflux, add 4.0 parts of iron powder, when the yellow infiltration ring disappears, then reflux for 2 hours, adjust the pH value of sodium hydroxide to 8-9, decolorise and filter, and concentrate the filtrate to obtain a crude product with lime exhausted color and viscous shape, the crude product is added to 180 parts of o-dichlorobenzene, stirred and heated to 100 ℃ and 169 parts of 2-hydroxy -3-naphthoic acid are added, 1.8 parts of phosphorus trichloride are added dropwise under stirring and refluxed at 170-180 ℃ for 1h, cooled to 100 ℃, then 1.8 parts of phosphorus trichloride are added dropwise for 5h, the end point is controlled by low chromatography, and the reaction is cooled with sodium 10% carbonate solution to the pH value of 9-10, and the solvent is disti, filter the precipitate washed with water, dissolve it in sodium hydroxide solution, and wash with acid and water to obtain the product, and the product is coupled with KD bass to obtain the pigment.
